Wellness Package Your session begins with 20 minutes of combined Red Light and PEMF Therapy, designed to energise your cells, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support recovery. This is followed by Ozone Therapy (1–3 passes), which aids detoxification, boosts immunity, and enhances oxygen utilization. Together, these therapies offer a complete mind and body reset, with effects that can be felt immediately and often build over multiple sessions. Your Ozone Experience During your IV Ozone Therapy session, your blood is gently drawn, infused with medical-grade ozone, and returned to your body in a closed, sterile system. This process is known as a “pass.” Each pass is carried out slowly and safely while you relax in a calm, comfortable environment. Sarah, our practitioner will talk you through each step, ensuring you feel informed, supported, and fully at ease. Many clients describe the treatment as peaceful, restorative, and grounding. IV Ozone Therapy is used within integrative and complementary wellness to support the body in several ways. While we do not make medical claims, ozone therapy is believed to: • Support the body’s natural antioxidant defences • Encourage healthy immune system function • Assist cellular oxygen utilisation, promoting overall vitality • Help the body manage oxidative stress • Contribute to general wellbeing, energy, and resilience Many clients choose ozone therapy as part of a broader wellness plan aimed at supporting their overall health and vitality. Those with long-term or chronic conditions may benefit most from a course of sessions for cumulative results. To confirm your appointment a £50 deposit is required.
