Step 1: Lymphatic Drainage (10 minutes) Your session begins with 10 minutes on a vibration plate, a gentle yet effective way to stimulate the lymphatic system. This rhythmic vibration encourages lymph flow, helping the body flush out toxins, reduce fluid retention, and support immune health. Clients often notice decreased bloating, lighter legs, and an overall sense of release and relaxation. Step 2: Biohacker Session — Red Light Therapy + PEMF (20 minutes) Next, you’ll move onto a 20-minute combined biohacker session featuring infrared red light therapy and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. Red & Infrared Light Therapy penetrates deep into the skin and muscles to support cellular repair, boost collagen production, improve circulation, and promote healthy, glowing skin. Cancellation Policy
All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. The Hive Ozone operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the appointment cost. Ozone Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Where a reasonable explanation is provided, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
