Your appointment includes 20 minutes of red light therapy, followed by 10 minutes to unwind, rehydrate, and get ready before leaving feeling calm, refreshed, and energised. Before your first session, please complete the Consultation & Consent Form sent with your booking confirmation. This ensures that your treatment is safe, suitable, and personalised to your individual health needs — especially if you have any medical conditions or light sensitivities. 🔆 What to Expect You will relax in your private treatment room while red and near-infrared light (630–850nm) is applied to your full body. The treatment is completely non-invasive and pain-free, with no discomfort — just a gentle warmth and deep sense of calm. As the light penetrates the skin, it stimulates your cells’ mitochondria (the “powerhouses” of the body), helping to increase ATP production — the energy currency used by every cell.
