Your Infrared Sauna Experience Our sauna operates on a one-in, one-out basis and is prepared exclusively for each booking. As it is only heated when a session is scheduled, we kindly ask that you book at least one hour in advance to allow sufficient time for the sauna to reach the optimal temperature before your arrival. 🌿 Your Sauna Experience Escape into your own private wellness space at The Hive Ozone and enjoy a full hour dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation. Your experience begins with 40 minutes in our full-spectrum infrared sauna, where gentle radiant heat warms the body from within, helping to promote relaxation, encourage circulation, support the body's natural detoxification processes, and ease tired muscles. After your sauna session, you'll have 20 minutes to cool down, refresh, and rehydrate. Enjoy our Vitamin C shower before taking a moment to relax, leaving you feeling cleansed, restored, and ready to continue your day. Your Private Sauna Suite If you have booked an individual session, the space is exclusively yours throughout your visit. It is only shared if you have booked to attend with a friend or family member. Our full-spectrum infrared sauna combines near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths to gently heat the body from the inside out. Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heat works at lower air temperatures while penetrating more deeply into the body's tissues, creating a comfortable and deeply relaxing experience. Relaxation & Wellbeing The gentle infrared warmth encourages a gradual, comfortable sweat that supports the body's natural cleansing processes while helping to: - Promote relaxation and reduce stress. - Support healthy circulation. - Ease muscle tension and joint stiffness. - Encourage post-exercise recovery. - Calm the nervous system. - Leave you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and revitalised. Many clients also report improved sleep, enhanced mental clarity, and an increased sense of wellbeing following regular sessions. Please bring a towel with you. Shower gel and fresh filtered drinking water are provided for your comfort.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. The Hive Ozone operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the appointment cost. Ozone Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Where a reasonable explanation is provided, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
