Our sauna operates on a one-in, one-out basis and is prepared specifically for each booking. As it is only heated when a booking is made, we kindly ask for a minimum of 1 hours notice to ensure it is fully ready for your arrival. Packages (Single): 5 x 40 mins £160 (saving £15) 10 x 40 mins £300 (saving £50) Packages (Couple): 5 x 40 mins £240 (saving £35) 10 x 40 mins £450 (saving £100) 🌿 Your Sauna Experience Step into your private wellness space at The Hive Ozone for a full hour of calm and rejuvenation. Begin with a 40-minute session in our full-spectrum infrared sauna to gently warm, detoxify, and restore your body. Afterwards, take 20 minutes to cool down, refresh, and rehydrate under our Vitamin C shower, leaving you feeling cleansed, balanced, and renewed. Before your first session, please complete the Consultation & Consent Form sent with your booking confirmation. This quick form ensures that your treatment is safe, suitable, and tailored to your individual health needs. 🔆 Private Full-Spectrum Sauna On arrival you will be guided to your private sauna suite. If you have booked a single session, rest assured that the space is yours alone — no shared use. It will only be shared use if you have booked to come with someone else. Our full-spectrum infrared sauna combines near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths to gently heat the body from within, promoting detoxification, circulation, relaxation, and an overall sense of wellbeing. Each session lasts up to 40 minutes, though for first-time users we do recommend starting with 15–20 minutes to allow your body to adjust gently and comfortably. 💆‍♀️ Relaxation & Recovery Infrared heat penetrates deeply, encouraging a gradual sweat without the intense heat of a traditional sauna. This process helps eliminate toxins, soothe sore muscles, ease tension, and calm the nervous system. Many clients report improved sleep, enhanced focus, and a wonderful feeling of lightness and clarity following their session. 💧 Aftercare & Hydration After your sauna, take time to cool down, shower, and rehydrate before leaving. Please bring a towel. Shower gel and fresh filtered water are provided for your comfort.
