Before your first session, we require all clients to complete a short Consultation & Consent Form which will be sent with your booking confirmation. This helps us ensure that the treatment is safe, personalised, and suitable for your health needs. After the session, take 10 minutes to slowly transition back, refresh, and get ready, giving yourself time to fully absorb the benefits before returning to your day feeling revitalised, focused, and balanced. While some users may experience benefits immediately, others may require longer cumulative sessions to notice results.
